St. Petersburg’s famous Mariinsky Theatre is one of the most prestigious performing arts centres in the world. Their opera company dazzled the Royal Opera House Muscat last season with its breath-taking production of Puccini’s Madama Butterfly.

Magic Show Out at Sea

For the First Time Ever, we bring you a Magic Show out at sea, on the 3rd day of Eid which will be on the 17th October 2013.

The Show will be on the Biggest Dhow in Muscat (Al Ainain); the starting point will be at Marina Bandar Roudha at 3:30pm. The trip will start at 4pm – duration 3 hours with some snacks & refreshments. 

The show will last about 2 hours and, the cost for this trip will be RO 10 per person. Only 60 tickets are available.

Mini Qurm Island Swim 2013

Oman Triathlon: 

The Fahal Island Swim was great success, 100 people did it, with + - 25 people had to be in the waiting list, because the organizers limited the number of participants to 100 People. 

Seeing a big demand and to make-up for those who could not join the Fahal swim. We (Oman Triathlon team) are happy to announce The Mini Qurm Island Swim 2013, and it is going to be as the following:

Location : Qurm Beach , Muscat , Sultanate of Oman.

Distance: 3km

Date: Saturday 19th October 2013.

Time: 07:00 AM Start. 

Entry fee: 3 R.O Per head. 

The Swim course is: From the small rock in the sea in front of Starbugs coffee shop in Qurm at the so called (love road), swim goes parallel to the beach to next to Qurm Costa Coffee on the beach. (you can have coffee twice).

So far 25 people have registered to this event. 

Note: Its not compulsory to have a cover boat for the swimmers . You just ask God you get back to the beach safe! There will be ONE boat to follow the slowest swimmer. However we would love to have some Kayaks and looking for some volunteers to help out with the event.
